All orders are shipped within 48 hours of an online order being placed, Monday – Friday 8am-5pm. Orders received after 5pm on Friday are due for processing by the following Monday, excluding holidays.
We use UPS or USPS (Secured) to deliver our orders depending on accessibility, pricing and other factors.
All order receipts and tracking #’s are emailed to the customer.

All Nickel's Nutrition sales are shipped domestically for a one-time flat rate of $5.99 on all orders under $75. All orders over $75 are Free.
Our Return & Refund Policy
If you want to return your Nickel’s Nutrition supplement order, please carefully read our return policy outlined below:
Opened Products – return the opened product/s within 45 days of the purchase date for store credit up to the amount of the original purchase price. Shipping costs will be applied to replacement product/s.
Unopened Products – simply return the unopened product/s within 60 days of the purchase date for a full refund of the purchase price (less original shipping costs and/or return shipping costs). Please be advised that we won’t issue a refund after 60 days of purchase, or for empty bottles.
All returns MUST be reviewed case-by-case and first approved by our team via email. Please note that we do not reimburse shipping or return postage costs.
